For all those walking in the same shoes,
We’re all together but alone with our own issues,
There no words that anyone can say,
Nothing can take all our pain away,
Nothing can make our day go bright again,
Maybe we’ll fall down and not get up to live,
No matter where we go from here,
We’ll bash into the world without a single fear,
We’re not hiding anymore,
Fight for what you want ,
And for what you want to live for,
Here eyes are streaming like a river,
Time in here mind just stands still,
Walking alone in the cold with a shiver,
Icicles so cold they stay till next winter,
Her hearts so bold she stays till his return,
Days by days growing so old,
The months turned to years and she was never told,
He’s coming back but he’s not in a plane seat,
His body lays in a casket now beneath her feet,
Shot 8 times right in his chest,
His skin so cold and she’s a wreck,
A once small streamed formed into a whirlpool,
Her life, love, and liberty drowned,
She feels like a fool,
But she can’t blame herself and what happened to him,
Life is all about unexpected events.
