Once again I stood at the brink,
Hollow, hallowed and hopeless.
Then I found a drop of hope,
While staring at the sink,
and I let all my feelings melt into the Abyss.
Every time I woke,
it felt like a dream dissolving.
But now I see the gift
of the Earth revolving.
Every hug, every smile, every knowing glance,
They all lead me here.
Through Hell and back,
Through the dark, I see the Sun's rays,
and I let the light burn my face just to feel alive.
It purged away the hollowness I felt dwelling,
It curbed the anxiety that nearly killed me.
And now, I am nearly home.
