"Shh…….." Someone calling? "Shh……Shh……."
"Aru Wait……" I paused, the voice sounds familiar but do i know this woman?
"When you reached? How long you will be here? How is life going on?……" Too many questions! Bapre…."You have gone too thin! Not getting food there?" Thin! I'm 63 and for her i have become thin!!! She is going on telling me the latest news that i may have missed or my parents have missed to update. We passed the busy road and entered the small road that streached along the paddy fields.This is my village. Here the things are different. Everyone knows everyone! No secrets!!! We paused near a small house "Convey my regards to all "I smiled and said goodbye. I could hear her commenting about me to her neighbour. News! Whatelse! I left them behind and continued my little long walk.
I was jst dying to have this one gulp of air.Its not like the busy roads in metropolitian cities, its not even a road! On one side paddy field and canal on the other.Nothing more….but the perfect match. Silent field and rushing water,busy kingfishers and sleeping cranes…Sun is so ripe and the crimson rays weaved its magic over the lazy sky and humming field.
Took some pics…I wish i could capture those endless beauty even though my mobile has limits.Colours! They are blessed with the power to make everything so beautiful…..even after faded, lost! Just listen, the running water has some rythm…..
