Forbidden

Forbidden

What is this I feel in my heart, I think I felt it skip and flutter
There came this man who has enthralled me
He was a thief who stole my heart's piece
I think he uncovered what was buried beneath

So now each night I have these forbidden dreams
Of pure affection, devotion and bliss
A deep desire of his warm kisses and embrace
We escape to a paradise of illusion, where we are not seen or heard
We danced on the beach under the moonlight
And we love like we may not ever see the daylight
We lost ourselves in this rhythmn of love

But I know that this in no way will be
It is all just in my wildest fantasy
These feelings I know I must bottle
I am scared what may actually follow
A love fool who gave in to this forbidden love's pull
